Time Management begins with the premise that managing time is managing oneself. In order to manage time well, you must know what your personal barriers are, as well as how to effectively write and set goals.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to:
- Identify common barriers to managing time effectively
- Identify techniques for overcoming time management barriers, and
- Write and prioritize effective business and personal goals.
