Building Trust

We call on author, Steven R. Covey’s premise that “TRUST is the one thing that changes everything and nothing is as fast as the speed of trust.” News headlines report a crisis of trust everywhere! The number one reason people leave their jobs is a bad relationship with their boss; yet organizational levels of trust have sharply declined. Management finds it harder and harder to motivate and empower staff when only 51% have trust in senior management and only 36% believe their leaders act with honesty/integrity.* The purpose of this program is to help staff and management build and repair a climate of trust by:
