Susan Spangler - Director

  Over 20 years experience in professional skills training, instructional design, and management. Susan Spangler became the Director of Pro-Skills Plus in May 1993 while serving as an Educational Consultant for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). During an eleven year span with DEC, she has conducted workshops in over 35 major cities across the U.S. for:

Other responsibilities included the development of training materials for DEC employees and customers and interfacing with senior managers to determine the training needs of the DEC workforce and client base. Additionally, Ms. Spangler often designs and tailors training programs for organizations with special needs, such as organizing and delivering many "Train-the-Trainer" sessions. Ms. Spangler has worked as an adjunct instructor for Anne Arundel, Charles, and Prince George's Community Colleges, providing Professional Skills training for:

 Ms. Spangler provides many training solutions for customers such as Motorola, the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and the National Security Agency for which she received an Award of Excellence. Ms. Spangler holds a BA in Business and Technology from the University of Maryland and served four years in the U.S. Air Force. She is also a certified, State of Maryland Minority vendor, and a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the International Customer Service Association (ICSA).

Ms. Spangler is a qualified consultant for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
